The Certificate in Learning and Development Practice (CLDP) is a level 3 accredited training course produced by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). This highly practical course provides a firm foundation in the fundamentals of learning and development and is a natural study route towards undertaking the CIPD's new Advanced Level qualifications. Students gain credits for completed modules and the total number achieved equates to either an Award or a Certificate in Learning and Development Practice.
About the Certificate in Learning and Development Practice

How is it assessed?

The CLDP course is split 50:50 between class based study and web-based elearning. Students can start on the Core modules and then work through a number of additional modules based on their interestswith access to tutors throughout their study on this course.
Pre-requisites
You don't need any previous experience to take CLDP courses, however, some L&D knowledge or experience would be beneficial. You will also need an email address and access to the internet. You will be required to take part in a telephone interview prior to release of your study materials.
