What is the CIPD?
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)is the professional body for those involved in the management and development of people. With 127,000 members, it is the largest and most influential organisation for anyone involved in human resources management, training and development.
Workplace Law Training is approved to offer programmes that meet the standards for Associate membership of the CIPD.
What CIPD courses are available?
We run two CIPD courses under the CIPD-accredited certificate level programme: the new Certificate in HR Practice (CHRP)* - Level 3 which replaces the Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP); and the Certificate in Employment Relations, Law and Practice (CERLAP).
Both CIPD courses are taught on a fast-track basis between 15 and 20 weeks (CHRP) and 22 and 26 weeks (CERLAP). Our CIPD courses are delivered by blended learning: a combination of classroom contact and internet-based self-study (distance).
